Community members gathered for an afternoon of friendly competition, laughter, and connection as Big Brothers Big Sisters hosted its Pickleball Social. The event welcomed players of all skill levels for a fun-filled night that highlighted not only the excitement of the game but also the power of mentorship.

From first-time players learning the basics to experienced participants enjoying competitive matches, the courts were filled with energy throughout the evening. Volunteer instructors were available to teach newcomers, creating an encouraging environment where everyone felt welcome to join in.

Guests also enjoyed refreshments, door prizes, and opportunities to connect with fellow community members who share a passion for supporting local youth. While the pickleball matches brought people together, the evening’s greatest purpose was raising awareness of the life-changing relationships created through Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Throughout the event, attendees learned more about the organization’s mission to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that help young people reach their full potential. Staff and volunteers shared information about becoming a Big or supporting the agency through future events and community involvement.
