Big Brothers Big Sisters Greater Houston is pleased to welcome Sarah Bolka to its Board of Directors.

Sarah Bolka is an Energy Strategy Leader at EY-Parthenon with more than 25 years of experience leading within global organizations across consulting, energy, and the military. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations solve complex business challenges, lead large-scale strategic initiatives, and build high-performing teams. A former U.S. Marine Corps officer, Sarah is recognized for her collaborative leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to developing people and organizations.

Sarah’s dedication to Big Brothers Big Sisters Greater Houston is deeply personal. Inspired by the mentors who shaped her own life, she has supported the organization since 2013 as a board member, gala chair, mentor, and champion of the mission. She mentored a student through the Mentor 2.0 program from 2015 to 2019 and recently became a Big to 9-year-old Jayla. Sarah also co-sponsored the 2026 Swing For Kids’ Sake together with EY, continuing her commitment to helping more young people realize their full potential through mentorship.
