Collinson Partners with BBBS Greater Dallas by Contributing over $300,000 through Multi-State Partnership

Dallas, TX—Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) Greater Dallas is proud to announce a three-year partnership with the Collinson Group. The local partnership is part of a $300,000 multi-state commitment made by Collinson to BBBS Greater Dallas and BBBS of Broward County. Under the agreement, Collinson will donate $50,000 annually towards each BBBS agency’s Big Futures programming. Collinson is a global, privately-owned company and the operator of the world’s leading airport lounge and travel experiences program, Priority Pass.

Funds contributed by Collinson will directly support BBBS Greater Dallas’ commitment to its local Big Futures programming. Big Futures advances the post-secondary success of youth by preparing them for their future after high school graduation. The program includes components such as the mentor2.0 high school mentorship program, half-day workforce development fieldtrips at local companies, and its in-office mentorship program, Beyond School Walls, among other opportunities for BBBS Greater Dallas youth.

Collinson and BBBS Greater Dallas started their partnership with a half-day field trip for 30 high school students to Collinson’s Plano, TX office. During the visit, the students learned about different career opportunities within Collinson Group, interacted with Collinson team members, asked questions, and learned about the type of professional culture that they aspire to work in. To further the partnership, Collinson hosted a volunteer recruitment presentation at the same office in June to inspire its employees to become Bigs. Collinson employees are also invited to attend BBBS Greater Dallas’ Big Picnic in September.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Collinson Group to support the Big Futures program through Big Brothers Big Sisters,” said Jenny Harper, BBBS Greater Dallas Market President. “Together, we’re investing in the potential of our youth—helping them build the confidence, skills, and vision they need to thrive beyond high school.”

“At Collinson, we believe in investing in the future, and that starts with empowering the next generation within our own communities,” said Sheryl Pflaum, Chief Advisory Officer & Executive Chair, Americas. “Our partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters allows us to support meaningful mentorship opportunities and connect our team with programs that make a lasting impact. From the flexible Mentor 2.0 program, which enables team members who frequently travel for business to stay involved, to community-based initiatives that welcome the whole family, BBBS offers something for everyone. We’re proud to support their mission and look forward to deepening our involvement.”

The impact that Big Futures has on the lives of youth is clear. 97% of BBBS Greater Dallas youth enroll in college, enter the military, or have a job after high school graduation. In addition, a recent study has shown that BBBS mentees earn 15% more over their lifetime and close the economic gap experienced by their peers by two-thirds, enhancing their economic mobility.

BBBS Greater Dallas will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2027. As the organization prepares for the next century of service to Dallas and Collin County area youth, it is proud and celebrates multi-year partnerships with organizations like Collinson that value the importance of mentorship.
